- PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CUSTOM T-SHIRTS?

The company will only reprint t-shirt (s) or any other products if there is visual proof of the "print" being damaged on the shirt.

For misspelled names, we will only reprint if we print against the final document that the client approves. If names were spelled correctly and a mistake was made on the customer's end, the company will NOT reprint.

-PAYMENT

We accept cash, debit/credit and business checks (only). (No personal checks)

Designs fees are due BEFORE any thing is designed. (Design fee is calculated after free consultation regarding your design).

A minimum of 50% of the total is required BEFORE any printing takes place.

How are the prices for shirts determined?

Your price is determined by the following:
- Type of shirt
- Quantity
- The number of colors on the shirt (front, back, sleeves, etc.)



What is the normal turn around time?

3-5 business days; however, maximum time is 7 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders at the time you place your order, we will inform you of the updated turn around time prior to your payment.


Where are you located?

We are a home- based business located in North Atlanta, GA. We only disclose the home address to clients for the purpose of invoice and picking up shirts.
